Frank H. Buckley is a Foundation Professor at George Mason University School of Law, where he has taught since 1989. He is the author of _The Once and Future King: The Rise of Crown Government in America_ (Encounter Books, April 2014), _The American Illness: Essays on the Rule of Law_ (ed., Yale 2013), _Fair Governance: Paternalism and Perfectionism_ (Oxford 2009), and several other books.
