Felipe Munizaga

Felipe Munizaga is a mountaineer, political scientist, and economist specializing in public policy. Munizaga holds a diploma in Public Policy Impact Evaluation from the JPAL-​Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Program and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Corvinus University of Budapest. He was awarded by the Hungarian Student Scientific Association (TDK) for the thesis “Centralization and School Performance: An Impact Assessment of Chile’s Local Public Education Services Reform (2014–2023) using a Quasi-​experimental method.” He currently serves at Liberty International as the lead for the Research Department.
