Gabriel Roth is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute and spent twenty years as a transportation economist at the World Bank. He is the author of Paying for Roads: The Economics of Traffic Congestion, The Private Provision of Public Services in Developing Countries, Roads in a Market Economy, and Street Smart: Competition, Entrepreneurship, and the Future of Roads.
