Solveig Singleton is a policy analyst focusing on consumer finance issues at the Cato Institute’s Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives. Her articles have appeared in the Washington Post, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Washington Times, and the Wall Street Journal, as well as in books and academic journals. She has testified before Congress and administrative agencies. She graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School.
