Thomas C. Leonard
Biography
Thomas C. Leonard is research scholar in the Council of the Humanities at Princeton University, where he is also lecturer in the Department of Economics. He is the author of Illiberal Reformers: Race, Eugenics, and American Economics in the Progressive Era (2016).
