Virgil Storr

Virgil Storr is a senior research fellow and director of Graduate Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Much of his writings focus on political economy, including Storr’s book, Enterprising Slaves & Master Pirates, which focuses on the economic culture of the Bahama’s.
