Yahya Alshamy graduated from George Mason University in economics with a focus in public choice, institutions, and economic history. He is also a Schumpeter Fellow at the Mercatus Center and a research fellow at the Center for Non-Violence and Peace studies. He is currently a graduate fellow in the Mercatus Center’s F. A. Hayek Program.
